Abstract:
A tungsten carbide powder having a surface coated with a metal oxide layer, and a forming process for the tungsten carbide powder, which relate to the technical field of additive manufacturing. A preparation method for the tungsten carbide powder comprises: adding a tungsten carbide powder to a coating agent solution that contains metal ions, and then performing ball milling and rotary evaporation; putting the powder, which has been subjected to rotary evaporation, into an atmosphere furnace, and introducing hydrogen to carry out a high-temperature reduction reaction, and then introducing a mixed gas of argon (or nitrogen) and oxygen to perform a high-temperature oxidation reaction, so as to obtain a tungsten carbide powder with the surface thereof coated with a metal oxide layer; adding the powder to a photosensitive resin, preparing a photocuring printing paste, and then performing photocuring printing; and performing binder discharging, reduction and sintering on a sample obtained by means of the photocuring printing, so as to obtain a hard alloy printed sample. According to the preparation method for a hard alloy powder with the surface thereof coated with a metal oxide layer, the absorbance of the hard alloy powder can be effectively reduced, thereby solving the problem of it being difficult to perform photocuring printing by using the existing hard alloy powder.
