Abstract:

A tuning-fork-type piezoelectric vibrating piece comprises at least a plurality of legs that are vibrating portions, a joint joining the outside, and a base on which the legs and the joint are provided so as to be projected. The legs are projected from one end surface of the base and are provided side by side on the one end surface. The joint is projected from a position on the other end surface facing the one end surface, the position facing an intermediate position of the legs disposed in the width direction of the one end surface of the base. At least the base end of the joint is set as a joint region joining the outside.
