Abstract:
A tunnel fiber composite resin pavement structure. The tunnel fiber composite resin pavement structure comprises, sequentially from bottom to top: a concrete slab (1); a toughened epoxy resin waterproof bonding layer (2); a polyurethane rubber particle elastic absorption layer (3), the polyurethane rubber particle elastic absorption layer (3) being obtained by mixing a polyurethane cementing material and rubber particles; a steel slag embedded layer (4); a two-stage thermoplastic epoxy resin bonding layer (5); a fiber composite cold-mixed high-toughness resin concrete lower layer (6), the fiber composite cold-mixed high-toughness resin concrete lower layer (6) being obtained by mixing, at room temperature, a material comprising a high-toughness resin, a basalt aggregate, limestone mineral powder, and a carbon fiber; a halogen-free epoxy resin bonding layer (7); and a cold-mixed high-toughness resin mastic concrete upper layer (8). The pavement structure is constructed at room temperature throughout a whole process and is easy to operate without emission of harmful substances; and the pavement structure has high strength and stability, and solves the problem of deformation of a tunnel pavement structure due to temperature and load effects.
