Abstract:
In this turbine assembly method, the shape of each of a plurality of compartment parts is measured when the plurality of compartment parts are not fastened to one another to acquire actual measurement shape data. Self-weight applied shape data, which is shape data under self-weight, is created for each of the plurality of compartment parts. A reference shape model is corrected on the basis of the difference between the actual measurement shape data of each part subjected to actual measurement and the self-weight applied shape data of the part subjected to actual measurement. Fastened shape data, which is the shape data of each of the plurality of compartment parts when the plurality of compartment parts are fastened to one another, is estimated using the corrected shape model. The spacing between a stationary body and a rotating body with the plurality of compartment parts fastened to one another is determined using the fastened shape data. The self-weight applied shape data refers to the shape data of a compartment part under self-weight when the orientation of the compartment part is the same as the orientation of the compartment part at the time of actual measurement of the shape of the compartment shape.
