Abstract:
This turbine compressor device (1) is equipped with: a rotary vane part (10); a rotor (21) that rotates integrally with the rotary vane part; and a winding (22b) that causes the rotor to rotate. The rotary vane part is constructed so as to be capable of operating in a compression mode wherein air is compressed and an expansion mode wherein air is expanded. The turbine compressor device is constructed such that the winding and the rotor operate as a motor in the compression mode and operate as a generator in the expansion mode.
