Abstract:
Provided is a turbine rotor blade manufacturing method wherein a turbine rotor blade is manufactured using a Ni-based alloy for forging, which has excellent workability and high design flexibility for a cooling structure. This turbine rotor blade manufacturing method is a method for manufacturing a turbine rotor blade using a Ni-based alloy for forging and characterized by comprising: a softening step (S1) of increasing the γ' phase which is incoherent with the γ phase in a matrix of the Ni-based alloy for forging; a first processing step (S21) of forming at least two members, which constitute the rotor blade, using the Ni-based alloy for forging which has been subjected to the softening step; a second processing step (S22) of forming a cooling structure constituent part in each of the members; and a third processing step (S23) of bonding the members.
