Abstract:
This turbine T is provided with: a housing 29 that houses a turbine rotor 15; an exhaust flow path 31 that connects the housing 29 and an exhaust introduction opening 31c; a discharge flow path that connects the housing 29 and an exhaust discharge opening; a bypass flow path 35 that bypasses the housing 29 and connects the exhaust flow path 31 and the discharge flow path; and a branching portion BP that is located between the exhaust flow path 31 and the bypass flow path 35, and that has a flow path cross-sectional area that is at least 0.6 times of the flow path cross-sectional area of the exhaust introduction opening 31c.
