Abstract:
A turbo compressor comprises a housing (11); a crankshaft rotor component (12) and a stator component (13) disposed in the housing (11); and a machine frame (16) disposed in the housing (11), corresponding to a position of a coolant inlet (17), and configured to divide an internal cavity of the housing (11) into independent an upper cavity (18) and a lower cavity (19). A first flow splitting portion (20) is arranged at a location on the machine frame (16) and corresponding to the coolant inlet (17), and configured to direct a coolant to flow to the upper cavity (18). A second flow splitting portion (21) is arranged at the machine frame (16), and configured to pass through and communicate the upper cavity (18) and the lower cavity (19). An oil guiding hole is provided at the machine frame (16), and an oil beating device arranged at an exit of the oil guiding hole and configured to beat oils. In the turbo compressor, the coolant passes through the coolant inlet (17) to enter into the housing (11) of the turbo compressor, most of the coolant is fed into a gas inlet (23) of a static turbo component, and another part of the coolant is configured to cool down the driving mechanism stator component (13), resolving a problem of an increased temperature of an exhaust gas owing to the driving mechanism stator component preheating the air withdrawn by the turbo compressor. Also provided is an electrical product comprising the turbo compressor.
