Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a cast turbine housing; a turbine scroll flow passage that surrounds a turbine chamber that is formed inside the turbine housing and the periphery of the turbine chamber; a discharge port to which exhaust gas that has passed through the turbine chamber is led; and a sheet-metal discharge port formation member that forms a wall surface of the discharge port. The discharge port formation member has: a tubular main body wall that forms the wall surface of the discharge port; and an outer peripheral edge that extends toward the radial-direction outside of an impeller shaft from a distal end of the main body wall. The outer peripheral edge is fixed between the turbine housing and a downstream-side exhaust pipe that is connected to the discharge port.
