Abstract:

Claims:
CLAIMS

1. The invention is related with the fully-automatic pressurized Turkish coffee making machine which can be used in the passenger planes; its feature is being consisted of - an external case (1 ),

- a top cover (2) positioned onto the upper surface of the external case (1 ),

- a touch screen (3) positioned in the front surface of the external case (1 ),

- coffee reservoir (4), water reservoir (5) and sugar reservoir (6) positioned in such a way which will be side by side on the top cover (2), - delivery reservoir (10) which transfers the coffee, sugar and water in the coffee reservoir (4),

- water reservoir (5) and sugar reservoir (6) into the system,

- coffee cooking reservoir (17) in which the mixture within delivery reservoir is transferred, - engine (14) enabling the operation the coffee cooking reservoir (17),

- water valve (16) associated with the engine (14),

- the spiral shaft (13) enabling the rotary motion in relation with engine (14) and water valve (16),

- resistance (19) enabling the energy coming from engine (14) to be transformed into heat energy,

- the coil sensor (20) positioned in such a way which there will be at least two sensor protecting the sensor by making heat detection, - discharge pipe (21 ) associated with coffee cooking reservoir (17) and coffee pouring tap (8) having outlet in both sides which provides the coffee output prepared through the discharge pipe (21 )

2. It is the fully-automatic Turkish coffee making machine mentioned in the Claim 1 , its feature is being characterized with having an external case (1 ) containing a rear cover (1.1 ) positioned in the back side.

3. It is the fully-automatic Turkish coffee making machine mentioned in the Claim 1 , its feature is being characterized with having a front wedge (12) supporting the delivery reservoir (10) and coffee cooking reservoir (17) and containing the coil sensor (20) onto it.

4. It is the fully-automatic Turkish coffee making machine mentioned in the Claim 1 , its feature is being characterized with having a reservoir cover (18) closing the outlet part of the coffee cooking reservoir (17).

5. It is the fully-automatic Turkish coffee making machine mentioned in the Claim 1 , its feature is being characterized with having an internal support sheet (1 1 ) enabling the carrying in the right and left sides of the delivery reservoir (10).

6. It is the fully-automatic Turkish coffee making machine mentioned in the Claim 1 , its feature is being characterized with having a plug (7) which closes the outlet part of the coffee reservoir (4), water reservoir (5) and sugar reservoir (6).

7. It is the fully-automatic Turkish coffee making machine mentioned in the Claim 1 , its feature is being characterized with having a water outlet reservoir (9) containing the waste waters, onto the external case (1 ). 8. It is the fully-automatic Turkish coffee making machine mentioned in the

Claim 1 , its feature is being characterized with having an engine support sheet (15) providing the engine (14) to be carried by connecting to the delivery reservoir (10).

9. It is the fully-automatic Turkish coffee making machine mentioned in the Claim 1 , its feature is being characterized with having a reservoir support sheet (24) providing the fixation of the coffee cooking reservoir (17).

10. It is the fully-automatic Turkish coffee making machine mentioned in the Claim 1 , its feature is being characterized with having coffee pipe (22) and reservoir pipe (23) positioned onto the reservoir cover (18).

Description:
TURKISH COFFEE MAKING MACHINE FOR PASSENGER PLANES

Technological Field:

This invention for the passenger planes is related with the usable fully automatic pressurized Turkish coffee making machine. Known State of the Technique:

There are various automatic machines for a good and practical making of the Turkish Coffee that comes until today from the past and that is one of our habits. Today, the important criteria in making a Turkish coffee with various manual or automatic tools are arranging the Turkish coffee and sugar amount correctly, formation of coffee foam regularly, transfer of the coffee to the cup and no overflow. Since Turkish coffee machines are manufactured and adapted for the domestic use, they have no alternative, for this reason these machines are used in workplaces or cafes. These machines break down much more and cannot provide fully their function due to large number of employee or people in the workplace. Machines sent to the service due to the breakdown are put out of warranty since they are heavily used in the workplaces. Also, currently available Turkish coffee machines do not give the proper taste because the desired foam from the coffee cannot be provided properly.

In the patent application with the issue number TR200102349,“Turkish coffee making machine” is described. The invention is related with coffee making machines containing a water reservoir, a coffee reservoir, a water heater, a water pump for the purpose of serving a traditional Turkish coffee having coffee ground and foam, the aforementioned coffee reservoir has a feature which moves axially for transferring the coffee ground and foam to the cup and in which water, coffee and sugar are cooked within the water simultaneously.

In the patent application numbered TR201506084, “Turkish coffee making machine” is described. The invention is related with a Turkish coffee making and serving machine which is heated internally by means of a heater and has a cooking reservoir in which a coffee mixture containing water and sugar, optionally, is cooked and moves vertically between at least a cooking position and a service position where the coffee mixture is lifted to the discharge outlet level for transferring the said coffee mixture in the cooking reservoir to a drinking cup over the discharge outlet for being served to the persons, and has a pushing head that describes the base of the cooking reservoir.

In the aforementioned patent applications, Turkish coffee machines having different functions are described. Although the said applications have removed the disadvantages in the current systems, they are inadequate. The production of the said applications takes time, their costs are high and their use is difficult.

In conclusion, a new technology which can overcome the aforementioned disadvantages, may be easily used in any field, enables the coffee in desired taste to be cooked, can meet any needs, for which the cost value is low and the assembly does not take time, is needed.

Definition of the Invention: This invention is an automatic pressurized Turkish coffee making machine which can overcome the aforementioned disadvantages, it features a Turkish coffee machine which may be easily used in any field, enables the coffee in desired taste to be cooked, can meet any needs, for which the cost value is low and the assembly does not take time.

The product which is subject of the invention has been specifically made for the passenger planes. The parts on the invention that is the subject of the invention feature stainless material and thus, a condition such as deformity of the product even after the long-term use does not occur.

The touch screen onto the product which is the subject of the invention enables the user to select the desired coffee. The product that is the subject of the invention contributes to giving the desired taste by providing the automatic cooking of Turkish coffee in traditional taste, consistency and method. The product which is the subject of the invention enables the coffee, water and sugar mixture to be mixed homogenously.

The parts constituting the invention have been manufactured specifically for the passenger planes. Also, the invention has a sound structure. The structural and characteristic properties of the invention and its all advantages will be understood in a more clear way thanks to the figures given below and a detailed explanation written by referring to these figures.

The invention is related with the automatic pressurized Turkish coffee making machine which can be used in the passenger planes; its feature is being consisted of an external case, a top cover positioned onto the upper surface of the external case, a touch screen positioned in the front surface of the external case, coffee reservoir, water reservoir and sugar reservoir positioned in such a way which will be side by side on the top cover, delivery reservoir which transfers the coffee, sugar and water in the coffee reservoir, water reservoir and sugar reservoir into the system, coffee cooking reservoir in which the mixture within delivery reservoir is transferred, engine enabling the operation the coffee making reservoir, water valve associated with the engine, the spiral shaft enabling the rotary motion in relation with engine and water valve, resistance enabling the energy coming from engine to be transformed into heat energy, the coil sensor positioned in such a way which there will be at least two sensor protecting the sensor by making heat detection, discharge pipe associated with coffee cooking reservoir and coffee pouring tap having outlet in both sides which provides the coffee output prepared through the discharge pipe. The invention will be described by referring to the attached figures, thus, the features of the invention will be understood more clearly. However, the aim of this is not to restrict the invention with certain regulations. On contrary, it was aimed to cover all alternative, change and equivalences which may be included into the field the invention defined by the attached claims. Description of the Invention:

The invention has been positioned in such way which will be in the back side. It has an external case (1 ) which contains a rear cover (1.1 ) positioned in the back side (Figure-1 ). The invention has a front wedge (12) supporting the delivery reservoir (10) and containing the coil sensor (20) onto it (Figure-3). The invention has a reservoir cover (18) closing the outlet part of the coffee cooking reservoir (17) (Figure-3). There is an internal support sheet (1 1 ) enabling the carrying in the right and left sides of the delivery reservoir (10) onto the product that is the subject of the invention (Figure-3).

The invention has a plug (7) which closes the outlet part of the coffee reservoir (4), water reservoir (5) and sugar reservoir (6) (Figure-1 ). The invention contains a water outlet reservoir (9) containing the waste waters, onto the external case (1 ) (Figure-1 ). The invention has an engine support sheet (15) providing the engine (14) to be carried by connecting to the delivery reservoir (10). There is a reservoir sheet (24) onto the product that is the subject of the invention which provides the coffee cooking reservoir (17) to be fixed (Figure-3). The invention has coffee pipe (22) and reservoir pipe (23) positioned onto the reservoir cover (18) (Figure-3).

Detailed Description of the Invention:

The major components constituting the invention are basically external case (1 ), top cover (2), touch screen (3), coffee reservoir (4), water reservoir (5), sugar reservoir (6), plug (7), coffee pouring tap (8), water outlet reservoir (9), delivery reservoir (10), internal support sheet (11 ), front wedge (12), spiral shaft (13), engine (14), engine support sheet (15), water valve (16), coffee cooking reservoir (17), reservoir cover (18), resistance (19), coil sensor (20), discharge pipe (21 ), coffee pipe (22), reservoir pipe (23), reservoir support sheet (24) (Figure-1 , Figure-3).

The assembly of the product which is the subject of the invention is as follows; there is an external case (1 ) containing rear cover (1.1 ) (Figure-1 ). A touch screen (3) where necessary arrangements are made is positioned onto the external surface of the external case (1 ) (Figure-1 ). There are coffee reservoir (4), water reservoir (5) and sugar reservoir (6) on the top cover (2) positioned in the upper side of the external case (1 ) (Figure-1 ). The outlet parts of these reservoirs are closed with plug (7) (Figure-1 , Figure- 2). There is a delivery reservoir (10) which provides the water, coffee and sugar in the reservoir to be transferred into the system (Figure-3). There are two internal support sheets (1 1 ) associated with the external case in the right and left sides (Figure-3). There is a coffee cooking reservoir (17) to which the mixture into the delivery reservoir (10) is transferred (Figure-3). A front wedge (12) which is connected with delivery reservoir (10) and cooking reservoir (17) is positioned (Figure-3).

A reservoir cover (18) which closes the outlet part and reservoir support sheet (24) providing the fixation are connected to the coffee cooking reservoir (17) (Figure-3). There is a discharge pipe (21 ) providing the coffee outlet which is cooked in the tip of the coffee cooking reservoir (17) (Figure-3). A coffee pouring tap (8) which pours the coffee transferred from the discharge pipe (21 ) to the cups and has two-way outlet, is positioned (Figure-1 ). There is a water outlet reservoir (9) in which waste water or coffee is contained in the field where cups are positioned (Figure-1 ). The operation of the product which is the subject of the invention is as follows; necessary arrangements are made through touch screen (3) positioned onto the external surface of the external case (1 ) (Figure-1 ). The coffee, sugar and water mixture within the coffee reservoir (4), water reservoir (5) and sugar reservoir (6) is transferred to the delivery reservoir (10) (Figure-1 ). It is transferred from the delivery reservoir (10) to coffee cooking reservoir (17) (Figure-3). There is an engine (14) provides the operation of coffee cooking reservoir (17) (Figure- 3). There is a water valve (16) associated with the engine (14).

There is a spiral shaft (13) which provides the connection between water valve (16) and engine (14) (Figure-3). The resistance (19) included into the coffee cooking reservoir (17) provides the coffee to be cooked by transforming the energy coming from the engine (14) into the heat energy (Figure-3). There are two coil sensors (20) protecting the system by making heat detection (Figure-3). The discharge of the coffee cooked within the coffee cooking reservoir (17) is performed by means of discharge pipe (21 ) (Figure-3). The coffee is transferred from the discharge pipe (21 ) to the coffee cups through the outlets in both sides of the coffee pouring tap (8) (Figure-1 , Figure-3).
