Abstract:
Provided is a turn management system (1000) for managing the turn-waiting situation of a turn-waiting group which receives a service in a facility, wherein the turn management system is provided with: a storage unit (310) for holding a turn waiting list that includes status information indicating a task step, among a plurality of task steps included in the service, to which each of the turn-waiting groups has proceeded; a status management unit (320) for managing, as status information for a prescribed task step to be called among the plurality of task steps, whether the task step is being called, as well as to which task step progress has been made; and a status update unit (320) for updating the turn waiting list on the basis of the input of new turn waiting or the input of status information update information.
