Abstract:
A turn management system (1000) for managing turn waiting for turn waiting groups at a plurality of facilities is provided with a turn management server (100) which manages information relating to turn waiting registration at each facility, and user terminals (300) possessed by users who have registered for turn waiting, wherein the turn management server (100) is provided with: a storage unit (110) which stores a turn waiting list holding turn waiting status information relating to users who have registered for turn waiting at each facility; a turn waiting registration necessity confirmation notifying unit (120) which issues, to the user terminal (300) of a user whose turn has arrived and whose status is guidance completed, a notification to confirm the necessary to register for subsequent turn waiting; and an acceptance registration executing unit (120) which, if registration for subsequent turn waiting has been selected using the user equipment (300), inherits data registered when turn waiting at the previous facility was registered, and registers for turn waiting at the subsequent facility.
