Abstract:
Disclosed is a turning and lifting mechanism used in battery transport, comprising a frame (1). The frame (1) is provided with a lifting transport device (2) and a turning manipulator device (21). The lifting transport device (2) comprises an electric motor (17), a driving synchronization wheel (14), a driven synchronization wheel (6), a driving synchronization belt (15) and a driven synchronization belt (8). The driving synchronization wheel (14) is in transmissive connection with the driving synchronization belt (15), and the driven synchronization wheel (6) is in transmissive connection with the driven synchronization belt (8). The turning manipulator device (21) is provided on the lifting transport device (2). The turning and lifting mechanism used in battery transport realizes the conveying functions of fully automated lifting and turning transport, which are implemented by means of full automatic control without involving human operation, saves on labor and resources, has a high producing efficiency, and reduces the manufacturing costs.
