A turnover plate adjusting and supporting structure for a four-way vehicle on-ground track, the turnover plate adjusting and supporting structure comprising two driven units (200), a turnover unit (300), a track unit (400), a lifting unit (500) and a control unit (600), wherein proximal ends of both the driven units (200) are arranged in a first mounting groove (102), and distal ends of the driven unit (200) are arranged in a corresponding second mounting groove (103); the turnover unit (300) is rotatably arranged on a side wall of an upper end of a track laying groove (101); the track unit (400) is arranged in the track laying groove (101); the lifting unit (500) is arranged at a bottom end of the track laying groove (101), and a top end thereof is fixedly connected to a lower end of the track unit (400); and the control unit (600) is arranged inside the first mounting groove (102) and is electrically connected to the lifting unit (500). The turnover plate adjusting and supporting structure for a four-way vehicle on-ground track has a reasonable structure, has a high stability when a forklift passes, and has a good practical value and popularization and application value.
