Abstract:
A turnover plate structure capable of being automatically triggered. The turnover plate structure comprises a turnover plate valve, an outer cylinder (4), a core cylinder (7) and a trigger mechanism, wherein the trigger mechanism comprises a trigger inner cylinder (52) and a trigger block (53), the trigger block (53) is placed in a through hole (41) on a side wall of the trigger inner cylinder (52), a protrusion (8) fitted with the trigger block (53) is arranged on the core cylinder (7), and an avoidance opening (42) fitted with the trigger block (53) is formed on an inner wall of the outer cylinder (4); an elastic clamping tooth (12) is arranged on an outer wall of a valve seat (1), and the elastic clamping tooth (12) operably abuts against the through hole (41) on a side wall of the outer cylinder (4); one end of a spring piece (3) is slidably connected to a valve flap (2), and the other end of the spring piece (3) is connected to the outer cylinder (4); when the core cylinder (7) is located in the valve seat (1), a lower end of the elastic clamping tooth (12) abuts against the through hole (41), and the valve flap (2) is opened and is located between the trigger inner cylinder (52) and the outer cylinder (4); and when the core cylinder (7) is lifted upwards to a certain height, the valve flap (2) returns to a top surface of the valve seat (1) to be in contact with the valve seat (1) in a sealed manner, and the trigger inner cylinder (52) is pressed on the valve flap (2). According to the turnover plate structure, when a valve is closed, the valve flap is pressed by the trigger inner cylinder, the sealing pressure ratio is large, and the sealing performance is reliable; and triggering can be conducted outside the cylinder during butt joint operation, so that automatic opening is realized, and a core can be pushed into a test cabin from the core cylinder.
