Abstract:
Disclosed are a turret device and a machine tool having the turret device. The turret device comprises a cutter disc (10) for mounting a cutter header, a transmission shaft (20), a transmission gear set (30), and a drive motor (40). The cutter disc (10) is mounted on the transmission shaft (20), in order to be driven by the transmission shaft (20) to rotate. The transmission gear set (30) is connected to the transmission shaft (20), in order to drive the transmission shaft (20) to rotate. The drive motor (40) is selectively mounted along a circumferential position of the transmission shaft (20). An output shaft (41) of the drive motor (40) is connected to the transmission gear set (30) via a transmission belt (50), so that the drive motor (40) drives the transmission shaft (20) to rotate via the transmission gear set (30).
