Abstract:
An outer cylinder part (20) of a turret device (1) has a cylindrical accommodating space (24) on the front side thereof and has coolant discharge flow channels (22) which are open as connecting ports (22a) in the inner peripheral surface (24a) of the accommodating space (24), and the connecting ports (22a) are formed at a prescribed pitch interval in the circumferential direction. A coolant supply mechanism (25) provided to an end part of a shaft part (10) is disposed in the accommodating space (24), and an opening in the outer cylinder part (20) is blocked by a lid body (39). The coolant supply mechanism (25) is provided with an advancing/retreating rod (30) that advances and retreats with respect to the inner peripheral surface (24a) of the accommodating space (24), and a shaft accommodating part (26) for supporting the advancing/retreating rod (30). The advancing/retreating rod (30) has supply holes (34, 53) which are open in the distal-end part of the advancing/retreating rod (30), and has an annular elastic body (50) provided so as to surround the openings. When the advancing/retreating rod (30) is advanced, the elastic body (50) comes in contact so as to surround a connecting port (22a) in the inner peripheral surface (24a).
