Abstract:
The present invention relates to a twin circle volumetric pump which can be driven smoothly by minimizing the deviation of a center distance between an upper rotor and a lower rotor using a flexible bearing. The present invention comprises: a housing comprising an upper volumetric room and a lower volumetric room which are interconnected up-and-down symmetrically; an upper rotor which is installed in the upper volumetric room and rotates eccentrically; and a lower rotor which is installed in the lower volumetric room, and rotates opposite to the upper rotor. The upper rotor comprises: an upper cylindrical member which inscribes inside the upper volumetric room; and an upper eccentric rotor which is installed to be rotatable inside the upper volumetric member. The lower rotor comprises: a lower cylindrical member which inscribe insides inside the lower volumetric room and is connected to the upper cylindrical member through a diaphragm; and a lower eccentric rotor which is installed to be rotatable inside the lower cylindrical member. The present invention is characterized in that the upper eccentric rotor and the lower eccentric rotor form an ellipse where a top-bottom diameter is relatively larger than a left-right diameter in a state where the two rotors are vertically erected so that the deviation of the center distance between the two rotors decreases when a rotary shaft is rotated.
