Provided is a twin-cylinder pump for preventing one-sided wear and the leakage of fluid, which are caused by the eccentric rotation and rotary motion of each rocker shaft, and enabling replacement or repair to be simply and easily performed, the pump comprising: exposed spaces respectively formed at the top and the bottom of the twin-cylinder pump body between a transmission unit and an operating unit so as to be exposed to the outside of a pump body; eccentric members respectively connected to the transmission unit and provided in each exposed space so as to be eccentrically rotatable; and rocker shafts respectively provided such that one end of each rocker shaft is mounted in a rocker shaft bearing housing spherically coupled to each eccentric member, and another side of each rocker shaft is supported by a spherical bearing housing mounted at one surface of the operating unit, and then is connected to each piston support provided in a cylinder of the operating unit, so as to allow a piston to rotate. Therefore, the twin-cylinder pump has effects of quickly performing assembly and maintenance in a short time without difficulty or inconvenience and further increasing the reliability of products.
