Abstract:
A twin-fluid spray gun for back ejection and combustion of leachate in a waste incineration power plant. A gas path valve switch mechanism and a liquid path valve switch mechanism are also disposed on two sides of a gun body (1). When the gun body (1) moves, the gas path valve switch mechanism and the liquid path valve switch mechanism move together. The gas path valve switch mechanism comprises a gas path rack frame (3A), a gas path rack (4A), and a gas path toothed plate (5A). The liquid path valve switch mechanism comprises a liquid path rack frame (3B), a liquid path rack (4B), and a liquid path toothed plate (5B). When the gun body (1) enters or exits a working position, the gas path valve switch mechanism and the liquid path valve switch mechanism are automatically opened and closed. Compressed air is used as a power source, accordingly, when the leachate sprayer is blocked, the twin-fluid spray gun can automatically exit a furnace chamber, so as to prevent the spray gun and the sprayer from being damaged in the burn, thereby prolonging the service life of the spray gun. In addition, after the twin-fluid spray gun automatically enters or exits to the furnace chamber, a value of a twin-fluid pipe can be automatically opened or closed, thereby furthering improving the safety and the reliability.
