Disclosed are twin-headed pincers comprising a handle and pincer heads, wherein the pincer heads comprise a first pincer head (2) and a second pincer head (3), and the handle comprises a main shaft (1), a first handle (4) and a second handle (5). The first pincer head (2) and the second pincer head (3) are connected to the handle using two connection modes, wherein the first connection mode is used to connect the pincer heads respectively to the main shaft (1), the first handle (4) and the second handle (5) via a connecting shaft, whereby the pincer heads can horizontally rotate around the main shaft (1) to make the pincer heads retracted or extended relative to the main shaft (1); and the second connection mode is used to connect the pincer heads to the main shaft (1) via two transverse connecting shafts, whereby the first pincer head (2) and the second pincer head (3) can respectively rotate up and down around the respective transverse connecting shaft to make the pincer heads retract or extend. Together with the main shaft, the first handle (4) and the second handle (5) respectively form a gripping force on the first pincer head (2) and the second pincer head (3).
