Abstract:

This twin-screw extruder comprises: a barrel having a space therein; a left screw and a right screw, accommodated in the space; and a drive mechanism that rotates the left screw and the right screw, wherein the left screw includes a left fiberizing screw, the right screw includes a right fiberizing screw, a compression space, in which powder is compressed, is between the left fiberizing screw and the right fiberizing screw, the left fiberizing screw and the right fiberizing screw each comprises a hollow portion coupled to a shaft, and a screw portion formed on the circumference of the hollow portion, and the screw portion may have a flight groove formed recessed and through which powder passes in the shaft direction.
