Abstract:
The present invention relates to a twist tensile tester for a wire, which performs a tensile test by twisting the wire that is applied to a wearable robot and undergoes repeated compression and tension using a servomotor and a LVDT, wherein a tester frame (100) is installed, a servomotor (200) is installed at an upper side of an upper frame (110), a test jig (300) is installed between the upper frame (110) and a lower frame (130) for performing a twist tensile test for a wire, and the test jig (300) includes an upper wire fixture (310) coupled to a motor shaft (not shown) of the servomotor (200) and installed at a lower side of the upper frame (110), a lower wire fixture (320) installed vertically below the upper wire fixture (310), upper vertical driving support bars (330) installed below the lower wire fixture (320) and driven up and down an intermediate frame (120), and an upper and lower support bar frame (340) installed below the upper vertical driving support bars (330) and supporting an upper side of a lower vertical drive support bar (350).
