Abstract:
A twisted pipe type heat exchanger is provided with: a water pipe 2 having a plurality of helical grooves 2a in the outer periphery thereof; a plurality of copper refrigerant pipes 3 wound along the helical grooves 2a and constituting a pipe assembly 10 together with the water pipe 2; a solder layer 4 for covering the gaps between the water pipe 2 and the refrigerant pipes 3 and covering the exposed portions of the refrigerant pipes 3; and an anti-corrosion protective layer 6 having heat insulating properties and covering the outer surface of at least one end of the pipe assembly 10 covered with the solder layer 4. The corrosion of the refrigerant pipes (copper pipes) 3 constituting the heat exchanger is prevented, and heat radiation loss during the heat exchange between water W and a refrigerant A is reduced.
