Abstract:
A twisting device without traveler and the twisting method thereof, in which a
turning ring runs in the inner groove provided on the ring, and the diameter of which
is smaller than that of the inner groove, one side of the turning ring abuts upon
one side of the inner groove, and a clearance is provided between the other side
of the turning ring and the other side of the inner groove. The twisting method thereof
includes: (1) passing the yarn end through the clearance between the turning
ring and the inner groove, (2) fixing the yarn end onto the ring bobbin, (3) making
the spindle rotate and the ring move up and down. The twisting device will be long
life. The twisting method thereof will never increase the hairiness and breakage,
and will increase the spinning speed and improve the efficiency.
