In order to provide a two-component coating agent that can prevent deterioration of the surface of a coated body, such as leather and cloth, for a long period of time, as well as strongly preventing stain adhesion, and that can form, on the surface of the coated body, a coating film that has excellent water resistance, abrasion resistance, texture, etc., the present invention is characterized in that, in a two-component coating agent comprising at least a main agent and a hardening agent, the main agent contains a fluorocarbon resin and contains 3-20 mass% acrylics, 3-20 mass% silicone, 40-90 mass% water containing the fluorocarbon resin, and 3-50 mass% mineral oil with respect to the total mass of the main agent, the hardening agent contains a crosslinking component comprising a carbodiimide compound, and the mass of the fluorocarbon resin / the mass of the crosslinking component after mixing the main agent and the hardening agent is 1 to 4.
