Abstract:
Provided are a two-component curable composition and a cured product thereof, the two-component curable composition containing: a liquid A that contains a compound (A) having one (meth)acrylate group in one molecule thereof, a compound (B) having at least two (meth)acrylate groups in one molecule thereof, a dispersant (D), a reducing agent (G), and a thermally conductive filler (E); and a liquid B that contains a polymerization initiator (C), the dispersant (D), a plasticizer (F), and the thermally conductive filler (E).
