Abstract:
Disclosed is a two-component curable polyurethane resin composition, which increases the degree of biomass and decreases environmental impact by using materials derived from plants and not materials derived from petroleum, and which is capable of producing excellent material characteristics (strength, stretching, flexibility, and dimensional stability); also disclosed are molded body formed from the same, and a shoe sole. The two-component curable foam polyurethane resin composition contains a main agent containing (A) an isocyanate group-terminated urethane prepolymer, and a curing agent containing (B) an isocyanate group-reactive compound, (C) water and (D) a catalyst, wherein the polyol components used in the aforementioned components (A) and (B) utilize (b1) castor oil polyols with an average number of functional groups of 1.5 to 2.3, and (b2) polyols resulting from addition polymerization of lactone to polytetramethylene glycol and/or (b3) polytetramethylene glycol in a mass ratio (b1)/(b2) and/or (b1)/(b3) of 15/85 to 60/40 and the content of the aforementioned component (b1) is 10-45 mass%.
