Abstract:
Disclosed are a two-component liquid silica gel for 3D printing and a printing method therefor. The liquid silica gel for 3D printing contains two components, A and B, wherein component A comprises 100 parts of vinyl polysiloxane, 0.01-5 parts of a hydrosilylation catalyst, 1-10 parts of a polyether polyol, and 1-10 parts of fumed silica; and component B comprises: 100 parts of vinyl polysiloxane, 1-50 parts of hydrogen-containing polysiloxane, 0.01-5 parts of a hydrosilylation inhibitor, 1-10 parts of a polyether polyol, and 1-10 parts of fumed silica. The two-component liquid silica gel undergoes no change in consistency and no structural deformation during printing, an on-site heat treatment is not required, and only late-stage segmented thermosetting is needed. Thus, the printing process is simplified and the printing cost is reduced. The two-component liquid silica gel contains no organic solvent, no photosensitive ingredients are introduced therein, and same is safe and non-toxic. After 3D printing, it can be used in fields such as children's toys, food, and medicine.
