Abstract:
A two-degree-of-freedom clutch. The clutch comprises a transmission mechanism and a brake. The transmission mechanism is of a single-row planet gearset structure of a two-degree-of-freedom determining system. The structure comprises single-layer-star planet gearsets and double-layer-star planet gearsets. The planet gearsets comprise two central gears and one planet carrier provided with planet gears. The planet gears respectively engage with the two central gears, and the two central gears do not engage with each other. Each of the two central gears form a rotary member, and the planet carrier forms a third rotary member. Any of the rotary members serving as an input connection end is connected to an input object, another rotary member serving as an output connection end is connected to an output object, and the rest of the rotary members serving as a control end is connected to the brake. Separation and reunion are implemented by controlling the brake. When braking is performed on the brake, the clutch is combined, and when the brake is loosened, the clutch is separated.
