Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of photoelectric detectors, and provides a two-dimensional (PEA)2PbX4 nanosheet, a preparation method therefor, and use thereof in an ultraviolet detector. The preparation method for the two-dimensional (PEA)2PbX4 nanosheet comprises: (1) mixing PEAX and PbX2, dissolving the mixture in N,N-dimethylformamide, heating while stirring, and filtering to give a precursor solution; (2) at a controlled temperature, dropwise adding the precursor solution into toluene while intensively stirring, and precipitating in an anti-solvent to give a dispersion; and (3) cleaning two silicon wafer substrates, processing with ultraviolet light, drying, removing silicon dioxide on the surface at one end as an electrode, connecting the electrode with a wire, immersing the remaining parts in the dispersion, and applying a voltage to give the two-dimensional (PEA)2PbX4 nanosheet. The sheet structure has a relatively low defect state density and a naturally formed structure boundary, and can thus achieve the control of incident light at a nanometer scale.
