Abstract:
Provided is a display device including: a liquid crystal display panel on which pixels are arranged in a matrix; and an optical sensor circuit formed by a photo diode (17), a capacitor for boosting NetA voltage, and an output AMP. A drive wire (Vrwn) for supplying a drive signal to the NetA voltage boosting capacitor is electrically connected to a power supply wire (Vsm) for supplying power to the output AMP. Accordingly, it is possible to reduce the parasitic capacity caused by wiring increase, thereby realizing a display device having pixels having built-in optical sensors which can suppress lowering of the sensor accuracy in the optical sensor circuit and prevent lowering of the numerical aperture of the pixels.
