Abstract:
Disclosed is a two-front wheel steering device applied to a reverse tricycle. The device comprises a steering column (1), a vertical tube (2), a first rotation plate (201), a first steering pull rod (202), a second rotation plate (203), a first rotation shaft member (204), a left steering arm (205), a right steering arm (206), a left fixing base (7) and a right fixing base (8). The steering column is rotatably sheathed in the vertical tube, and the lower end of the steering column is fixedly connected to one end of the first rotation plate. The other end of the first rotation plate is hingeably connected to the front end of the first steering pull rod via a first hinge shaft (211). The rear end of the first steering pull rod is hingeably connected to the rear end of the second rotation plate via a second hinge shaft (212). The left steering arm is hingeably connected to the right steering arm via a fourth hinge shaft (214) in a cavity (106) of the first rotation shaft member. The left and right steering arms are respectively hingeably connected to the left and right fixing bases via a fifth hinge shaft (215) and a sixth hinge shaft (216). By using hingeable connection between support arms to replace universal joint connection, the fit clearance between the support arms is reduced, thereby achieving quick steering response, and at the same time, reducing the cost.
