Abstract:
A two-gear transmission having a relatively compact structure, comprising: an input shaft (2), a first gear countershaft assembly, a second gear countershaft assembly, an output shaft assembly and a differential (10); power from a drive motor (1) is transferred to a housing (16) via the input shaft (2), and the first gear countershaft assembly and the second gear countershaft assembly are connected to the housing (16) via a clutch structure and deliver power when in a corresponding gear position; a first gear countershaft gear (8) is constantly in mesh with an output shaft gear for first gear (12), and a second gear countershaft gear (15) is constantly in mesh with an output shaft gear for second gear (13), and deliver power in a corresponding gear position; there is no friction in a gear changing process, components are relatively few, the gear changing process is relatively low impact, reliability is high, and output power and mechanical properties can be improved, greatly improving all properties of an electric vehicle.
