Abstract:
A two-gear variable-speed bridge drive system having a dual clutch, comprising a dual clutch (DC), a planetary gear set (PG) and a differential (D). A motor shaft (Se) is connected to a rotor of a motor (E) and an active part of the dual clutch (DC); a first driven disc (C1) of the dual clutch (DC) is connected to a first input shaft (S1), and a second driven disc (C2) is connected to a second input shaft (S2). The first input shaft (S1) is used to transmit the torque to a first gear set; the second input shaft (S2) is used to transmit the torque to a second gear set; and both the first gear set and the second gear set are used to transmit the torque to an output shaft (So), the output shaft (So) being connected to a sun gear of the planetary gear set (PG); and a planet carrier of the planetary gear set (PG) is connected to a housing of the differential (D). According to the two-gear variable-speed bridge drive system having a dual clutch, all of the components have a simple and compact structure, the system is highly reliable, the impact of NVH is small and gear shifting can be free from power interruption.
