Abstract:
A two-half and dual-mode bladeless puncture needle (200), and a trocar. The bladeless puncture needle (200) comprises a handle part (202), a distal part (206), and a rod part (204) therebetween; the rod part (204) comprises a central axis (201); the distal part (206) comprises a fixed half (210, 310, 320, 330, 340, 350, 360, 370) and a movable half (240, 410, 420, 430); the fixed half (210, 310, 320, 330, 340, 350, 360, 370) extends from a distal end to a proximal end and is fixed together with the rod part (204) or the handle part (202), while the movable half (240, 410, 420, 430) is movable with respect to the fixed half (210, 310, 320, 330, 340, 350, 360, 370) along the central axis (201); the fixed half (210, 310, 320, 330, 340, 350, 360, 370) comprises a fixed base body (220, 321, 331, 341, 351, 361, 371) and a fixed inclined distal end (221, 312, 322, 332, 342, 352, 362, 372) that is connected with the fixed base body and extends to a fixed top end; the movable half (240, 410, 420, 430) comprises a movable base body (250, 411, 421, 431) and a movable inclined distal end (251, 412, 422, 432) that is connected with the movable base body and extends to a movable top end; the fixed half (210, 310, 320, 330, 340, 350, 360, 370) comprises a sharp separating edge (226, 318, 328, 338, 348, 358, 368, 378) and/or a sharp top end (229, 319, 329, 339, 349, 359, 369, 379), and the movable half (240, 410, 420, 430) comprises a blunt separating edge (256, 418, 428, 438) and a blunt top end (259, 419, 429, 439). The structure of the bladeless puncture needle (200) is favorable to the dispersion of a puncturing force, a tearing force, and an extension force, increases the controllability of a puncture operation, and is helpful for reducing the risk of accidental injury.
