Abstract:

The present invention relates to a two-handed detachable handle for cooking vessels, which is detachably coupled to both sides of a cooking vessel and can maintain the balance of the cooking vessel, thereby allowing a user to easily lift up a heavy cooking vessel. The two-handed detachable handle comprises: a body part (10) on the front end portion of which is formed a stepped surface (11) making contact with the outside surface of a cooking vessel (50); a sliding part (20) incorporating a sliding plate (21) which has on the front end portion thereof an attachable-and-detachable piece (22) making contact with the inside surface of the cooking vessel and which is disposed so as to be able to slide longitudinally over the body part, and incorporating first resilient springs (23) for resiliently supporting the rear end portion of the sliding plate, and also incorporating a rotational roller (24) rotatably disposed at the rear end of the sliding plate; an interval adjusting part (30) incorporating a pushing lever of which the front end portion is hinge-coupled to the body part so as to make the sliding plate withdraw upon descending, and incorporating an interval adjusting member (32) adapted to change an interval (W) between the stepped surface of the body part and the attachable-and-detachable piece of the sliding plate according to the position thereof, and incorporating an interval adjusting knob (34) for rotating the interval adjusting member, and also incorporating a detent member (35) allowing the pushing lever and the interval adjusting member to integrally operate; an operation member (40) for locking the pushing lever so as to fix the sliding plate and immobilize same or unlocking the pushing lever; and a cover member (15) coupled to the upper side of the body part and having an opening (16) so as to allow the pushing lever to rotate therein.
