Abstract:
In order to provide a two-phase stainless-clad steel sheet for which the corrosion resistance of the cladding material as well as the strength and ductility of the base material are excellent, disclosed is a two-phase stainless-clad steel sheet formed by joining a two-phase stainless steel sheet as a cladding material to one or both surfaces of a base material steel sheet, wherein the base material steel sheet has a prescribed component composition in which the Nb/N is 3.0 or greater and the Ceq, represented by formula (1), is 0.35 – 0.45, and the two-phase stainless steel sheet has a prescribed component composition in which the PI as defined in formula (2) is 34.0 – 43.0, and has a structure containing a ferrite phase in an area ratio of 35–65%, the amount of precipitated Cr in the structure being 2.00% or less and the amount of precipitated Mo in the structure being 0.50% or less. Formula (1): Ceq = C + Mn/6 + (Cu+Ni)/15 + (Cr+Mo+V)/5 Formula (2): PI = Cr + 3.3Mo + 16N
