Abstract:
A two-phase stainless-clad steel sheet provided with a base material and a cladding material joined to the base material, wherein the base material comprises carbon steel or low-alloy steel, the cladding material comprises two-phase stainless steel comprising a chemical composition having a pitting corrosion resistance index (PREN_Mn) value of 25 to 40 as measured by [Cr + 3.3 (Mo + 0.5 W) + 16 N - Mn], the base material has a hydrogen content of 1.0 ppm or less, the cladding material has a hydrogen content of 3.0 ppm or less, and the joint interface between the base material and the cladding material has a shearing strength of 350 MPa or greater.
