Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a two-piece wheel for a vehicle, the two-piece wheel being configured so that an air valve insertion hole into which an air valve is inserted does not communicate with a hollow section, thereby preventing the entry of water, dust, etc. into the hollow section. [Solution] A two-piece wheel (100) for a vehicle is formed by joining a tube-shaped rim member (20) and a substantially disk-shaped disk member (10) which integrally has both a disk (11) and the outer end section (12) of a rim. The disk member has an annular recess (12d) and a pair of annular first joining surfaces (12bj, 12cj) located on the outside and inside of the annular recess in the radial direction. The rim member has a pair of annular second joining surfaces (20bj, 20cj) respectively joined to the pair of first joining surfaces to close the recess, forming a hollow section (12d). The two-piece wheel (100) also has air valve insertion holes (40, 41) which respectively penetrate through the disk member and the rim member and through which an air valve (30) is inserted. The air valve is affixed to the disk member, and the air valve insertion hole of the disk member side is sealed only by the air valve.
