Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are a two-section independent temperature-controlled biological 3D printing nozzle, a biological 3D printer, and a working method thereof. The two-section independent temperature-controlled biological 3D printing nozzle controls the temperature of a feed cartridge and the feed pipe (feed cartridge section) of a nozzle extrusion assembly by means of a first temperature control assembly and the temperature of a nozzle tip and the discharge pipe (tip section) of the nozzle extrusion assembly by means of a second controller, thereby implementing independent temperature control of the two sections of the biological 3D printing nozzle respectively, implementing gradient temperature control of the printing nozzle, and overcoming the problem in the prior art of the adverse effects of sudden temperature drops on the biological material and effectively preventing blockages of the nozzle tip.
