A two-speed transmission device, comprising: an input shaft (6), an output shaft (3) and an idler shaft (9) that are disposed in parallel, the idler shaft (9) being located between the input shaft (6) and the output shaft (3); a first speed changing mechanism, comprising a first driving gear (5) and a first driven gear (2) that are engaged with each other, and a first one-way clutch (4) which matches the first driving gear (5) or the first driven gear (2), the first driving gear (5) being located on the input shaft (6) and the first driven gear (2) being located on the output shaft (3); a second speed changing mechanism, comprising a second driving gear (7) located on the input shaft (6), a second driven gear (10) located on the output shaft (3), an idler (8) located on the idler shaft (9), and a second one-way clutch (11) which matches the second driving gear (7), the idler (8) or the second driven gear (10), a speed reduction ratio of the first speed changing mechanism being greater than a reduction ratio of the second speed changing mechanism; and a main drive system and an auxiliary drive system used for an electric vehicle.
