Abstract:

Disclosed in the present application are a two-stage gasification furnace with a high slag capture rate, and a waste heat boiler system. The waste heat boiler system comprises a two-stage gasification furnace, a cyclone separator and a waste heat boiler; a side wall of the two-stage gasification furnace is sequentially provided with a quenching gas nozzle, a second-stage coal burner, a fly ash nozzle and a first-stage coal burner from top to bottom; a syngas outlet of the two-stage gasification furnace is in communication with an inlet of the cyclone separator, a top outlet of the cyclone separator is in communication with an inlet of the waste heat boiler, and a bottom outlet of the cyclone separator is in communication with the fly ash nozzle by means of a fly ash return feeder; and a heat exchange surface of the waste heat boiler in the system is less prone to being blocked, thereby avoiding the wear of the waste heat boiler by fly ash. In addition, the slag capture rate of the two-stage gasification furnace is greatly increased.
