Abstract:
This invention relates to the technical field of temperature controller, particularly, a two-step temperature controller. It overcomes the following shortcomings of prior art. For example, a temperature controller of prior art has only one switch state, so it is difficult to retain the water at a constant temperature when it is used for electrical water bottle. The temperature controller of the invention includes a base, a actuating arm, a first electrical connect terminal, a second electrical connect terminal, a fixed member, a movable member, a contact, a temperature-sensing bimetal, a top member, and a reset spring member. A third electrical connect terminal is positioned on the base, a assistant fixed member is positioned on the third electrical connect terminal, a assistant movable member pressing on the assistant fixed member is positioned on the second clectrical connect tenninal, and a assistant actuating member is positioned between the end of the actuating arm and the assistant movable member. Since the third electrical connect terminal and the assistant fixed member are positioned on the base, and a clamp which is clamping the actuating arm when being operated for the first time is positioned between the base and the actuating ann, there are two-step processes, each of which controls a set of switch, resulting in a set of temperature-ensing apparatus controling two switches.
