Abstract:
Disclosed is a two-way controllable release vena cava filter, comprising a filtering part (1400) and a supporting part (1100, 1200), wherein the filtering part (1400) is of a grid structure formed by the cross-linking of a plurality of supporting rods; the supporting part (1100, 1200) comprises a first supporting part (1200) and a second supporting part (1100) having opposite openings and being arranged on two sides of the filtering part (1400); the first supporting part (1200) is formed by gradually extending from the centre to the outside in a forward direction, and by gradually overturning and curling in a reverse direction; and the second supporting part (1100) is formed by gradually extending from the centre to the outside in the forward direction. According to the present invention, implantation and retrieval can be conducted by means of the femoral vein and also the jugular vein; the thrombus filtering effect of same is good; and the vena cava filter can be retrieved after being implanted for a longer period of time, and can be more easily captured for retrieval.
