Abstract:
Provided is a two-way hand-drawn pneumatic cylinder piston, comprising a piston main body (1) provided with an inner hole (11) and outer hole (12) at its center position; a plurality of radially arranged partitions (17), which divide the space between the upper and lower surfaces of the piston main body (1) into two separate intake air-guiding chambers (3) and outlet air-guiding chambers (5) not in communication with each other, are arranged between the upper and lower surfaces of the piston main body (1); the intake air-guiding chamber (3) is in communication with the space in the inner hole (11); the outlet air-guiding chamber (5) is in communication with the space (X) between the outer hole (12) and the inner hole (11); a first cover plate (6) covering the outer end opening between the two partitions (17) dividing the intake air-guiding chamber (3) is fixed at said outer end opening; a second cover plate (7) covering the outer end opening between the two partitions (17) dividing the outlet air-guiding chamber (5) is fixed at said outer end opening. The entire piston has only two cover plate components requiring additional adhesive fixation; assembly is convenient, and the probability of air leaking is reduced.
