Abstract:
A two-way pedaling air pump having an air suctioning function, comprising an air tank device (5) and an air cylinder device (4), the air tank device (5) and the air cylinder device (4) being in sealed contact with an upper lid (2) and a lower lid (3); the upper lid (2) comprises an air exchange valve container (25) used for containing an air exchange valve (6); further comprised is a pedaling device (1) which is located above the upper lid (2); the air cylinder device (4) comprises an air cylinder (44), and the air cylinder (44) comprises an air cylinder partitioning plate (41) which can move up and down inside of the air cylinder (44) and that separates the air cylinder (44) into an upper level air cylinder (441) and a lower level air cylinder (442) which are not in communication with each other.
