Abstract:
A transmission can be smoothly switched to a setting-off stage. This two-wheeled electric vehicle has a drive motor 51, a transmission 50 having a dog gear 35, a clutch 33 for connecting and disconnecting transmission of motive power between the transmission 50 and the drive motor 51, and a control unit 70 for controlling the vehicle, the control unit 70 being provided with a stopped state detection unit for detecting a stopped state of the vehicle, a clutch state detection unit for detecting disengagement of the clutch 33 in the stopped state, and a during-stoppage motor drive unit for causing the drive motor 51 to be driven when the stopped state and clutch disengagement are detected.
