Abstract:
A two-wheeled motor vehicle in which, even if the support of the vehicle by a center stand is removed to cause the rear wheel to engage a ground surface while rotating without any load applied thereto, a slip of a belt of a stepless transmission is minimized. The two-wheeled motor vehicle is equipped with a hydraulic stepless transmission for transmitting torque by a belt. A controlling device (10) is provided with a stand position obtaining section (46) for obtaining information relating the position of a center stand, and also with an adding section (42i) which, when the center stand is at a supporting position, increases by a predetermined amount the hydraulic pressure generated in a primary oil chamber and a secondary oil chamber.
