Abstract:
A typical rotational part characterization method based on measured runout data. With regard to rotational part characterization including shape data, a kind of matrix form characterization that takes micro runout data and a macro axial dimension into overall consideration is provided. In addition, the method can be applied to an assembly accuracy calculation process. A single part that includes a shape characteristic quantity can be characterized by only using one matrix M, thereby simplifying a calculation process of accuracy transfer, and providing an efficient calculation model for the prediction of assembly accuracy.
